Terms of Service.

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you browse VALYK's website or arrange to buy one of our digital project packages. By arranging a purchase, you agree to the terms that apply to that product. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.

Where required by applicable law, your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms.

2. What VALYK sells

VALYK offers digital app projects. Unless a product listing clearly says otherwise, the product is intended to be the project files and source code behind an app — not a promise to install, host, operate or maintain a finished app for you.

Each product listing should describe the files and assets included. Please review that description before buying.

3. Files and delivery

Delivery should provide the digital package described on the relevant product page, in the delivery format agreed at purchase. You are responsible for downloading and keeping a safe backup of the files once delivered.

At the moment, the website's project button leads to a contact/terms route. That route is not an automated checkout, does not take payment and does not automatically deliver the project files. A purchase is not completed until the price, payment method and delivery arrangements have been clearly confirmed.

4. Price and payment

The Habit Tracker listing currently displays a price of £5.00 as a one-time payment. The price and any applicable charges must be confirmed before you pay. Unless a listing says otherwise, this is not a recurring subscription.

Do not send payment details by email. Use only a payment method that VALYK has clearly identified in a confirmed purchase process.

5. Your rights to use the project files

For original project code and materials that VALYK has the right to license, the intention is to give the buyer broad permission to use, inspect, modify, adapt and build on their copy, including for commercial projects. Subject to the limits below, you may distribute or sell versions you create from the project.

This permission covers only the rights VALYK can lawfully grant. It does not transfer ownership of third-party software, libraries, fonts, logos or other materials that have their own licence conditions. Those conditions continue to apply.

Please check the licence information included with the specific product. If the licence supplied with a product expressly differs from this general description, ask VALYK to clarify before purchase.

6. Third-party materials

App projects may rely on third-party tools, frameworks, libraries or assets. Such components are governed by their own licences and may require separate attribution, notices or compliance steps. VALYK does not claim ownership of those third-party materials and cannot grant rights that their owners have not granted.

You are responsible for checking the applicable licence requirements before you distribute, publish or sell a project that contains third-party materials.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the changes you make to your copy and how you use, publish or distribute it. You agree not to use the supplied files in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

If you publish or sell a modified version, you are responsible for checking its security, functionality, content and compliance with relevant platform rules and third-party licences.

8. Compatibility

Project files may require development software, dependencies, accounts, devices or technical steps to open, run or publish. Unless a listing specifically promises otherwise, the purchase does not include app-store approval, hosting, deployment, developer accounts or guaranteed compatibility with every device or software version.

Please review the project description and requirements before arranging a purchase.

9. Support and updates

Unless a product listing says otherwise, ongoing technical support, future features, updates, installation services and custom development are not included in the purchase price. Any included support or updates should be confirmed in writing before purchase.

10. Refunds and legal rights

Refunds, cancellations and digital-content rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the purchase terms confirmed at the time of sale. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Before a digital purchase is completed, the relevant checkout or confirmation process must explain any required consent or acknowledgement relating to immediate digital delivery and cancellation rights. If that information has not been provided, contact VALYK before paying.

11. Availability and warranty

We aim to describe our projects accurately, but we do not promise that every project will be error-free or meet every individual requirement. Unless specifically stated in the product listing or required by law, files are supplied as described without a promise of a particular outcome, earnings, app-store acceptance or suitability for a specific purpose.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. Subject to those legal limits, VALYK is not responsible for losses caused by changes you make to project files, improper use, failure to follow third-party licences or software and services outside VALYK's control.

13. Contact and changes

If you have a question about a product's contents, licence, payment or delivery, contact VALYK before making a purchase. We may update these terms as our products and procedures change. The version applicable to a purchase should be made available before that purchase is completed.
